How does CoCOA work?

Logiplex have been repairing computers for over 20 years using a “bring it in and we will fix it” policy.

It is not always possible for older adults to bring a computer into us for repair.

CoCOA is designed to provide a service to collect and, once fixed, deliver and refit the computer.

(membership doesn’t cover the cost of the repair or any parts used).

The inclusive membership is limited to within 10 miles of

Ross on Wye.

Outside this limit is charged at £1 per mile over the allowed 10
